Torrent download stops at 99 percent

Answer (1 of 10): I'm going to air some dirty secrets now. There are two possible reasons. If the program can measure how complete it is, then it means that something has stopped. So what I have tried until now: 1- Of course, closing and reopening the launcher: Stuck at % all the time. 2- Restarting PC. 3- Launcher repair tool: no success. 4 - Disk check and memtest: both were fine. Select your torrent, click on the inspector (the script "i" in the top right corner of the window), select "peers" tab (looks like people's heads) and see if multiple people.
